The Space: These modern, spacious duplex apartments were newly converted in 2021, with modern furnishings and king size beds, As you enter the hallway for each, you'll see a welcoming open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Both apartments come with L-shape sofa beds to sleep 2, wall mounted Smart TV, beautifully staged display shelving and coffee table. Both apartments also have a dining table to seat 4 and a stylish royal blue kitchen with a oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. There is a variety of glassware, crockery and cookware provided. They have a luxurious marble effect, tiled shower room with double shower unit, floating vanity basin, light up mirror and WC. Each bedroom houses a comfy king-size bed with velvet effect headboard. Up one flight of stairs to the second floor is another king size bedroom, wall mounted smart TV, with dressing table and mirror. Ensuite, light and airy shower room. Only apartment 1 includes a walk-in dressing area and clothes hanging space. Hair dryers, Iron & ironing board, bed linen and towels are all provided in each apartment. 2 cot beds per group booking. If you fancy a walk during your stay both Rowntree Park and York Racecourse are a short wander away by the River Ouse. Heading in the other direction over Skeldergate Bridge, you'll be greeted by stunning river views, Clifford's Tower and the City walls. Getting Around: If you are looking for a more relaxing way to see the city, there are plenty of hop on and off red bus tours, the nearest pickup point is by Clifford's tower. Taxis can be found everywhere in the city. The best way to take everything in is by foot, along the river bank, walking the city walls, or taking in all that Bishopthorpe Road has to offer.
