« The Kamaka Cottage is in a great location, close to the National Park so when the volcano goes off you are right there. Host were great wasn’t communicate with. Cottage was clean and cozy. The best part was the doors that opened up into the forest. You could smell the fragrance of the forest , hear the birds singing and the rain coming down. We will definitely return in the future. »

« This gorgeous cottage along w/ the BBQ, hot tub, fresh coffee, comfortable mattresses, dishwasher and high quality beddings made the stay unbeatable for an island hop over the weekend. Mckenzie was a responsive host when contacted. The photos are accurate but doesn’t capture the true beauty and solitude of the cottage. « Got in on a Friday evening and was greeted by the chirp of the smoke alarm in the master bedroom--the battery was dying. Even though the next day was a Saturday, the host had his handyman (who was a very nice fellow) arrive with ladder and a fresh battery. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood (the sheep next door sleep through the night and are charming during the day.) »
