Nice, simple place, friendly staff ans convenient for getting to ferries at the harbour.

Staff were always friendly and quick to respond to inquiries. Very clean and easy access to Disneyland and dining options. In-house food options were great, including Starbucks coffee. Highly recommended!

All aspects of our stay were excellent. Staff went way out of their way to be helpful. They were friendly, very respectful and courteous. Front desk staff, maintenance team and room cleaners were clearly focused on providing superior customer service.

This is a dated but very comfortable hotel. Location if perfect for shops and dining. Finbars Italian restaurant across the street is fantastic! O'Malley's on main street is also very yummy. The beds are very comfortable. It has a refrigerator and Microwave. We took advantage of the free shuttle service it to us to Pike Outlets in Long beach. Everything about tbe establishment is top notch - staff, service, room condition all great. Being DTLA is the unfortunate part but there's always going to be trade-off for the price of stay.

Very nice and clean, loved the free shuttle to Disneyland. Nice pool and hot tub also. Wish there was a coffee machine in the room but there was a cafe in the lobby.

Very nice safe location that is walkable to Disneyland. Lots of dining nearby. We booked the family suite and loved how spacious the rooms were! Everything was clean and tidy.

Great location to the park. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned every day including fresh towels. Definitely would stay here again.

the pool was amazing. front desk staff were also very accommodating. the area around the hotel isn't the nicest but that is LA for ya! i was single woman travelling solo and i didn't feel unsafe walking alone, just be aware of your surroundings.

Parking is less than desirable but if you don’t have a car everything else is perfect. Great location

We stayed here during our trip to Disney and we could not be happier. The staff was extremely nice from the beginning, even offering a little plush toy to our toddler who was overtired and approaching his limit of being social. The shuttles for Disney from here are extremely cheap and were always on time, the drivers were also beyond welcoming -- one even gave our kid a pluto pin which he's worn every day since.
