I really enjoyed myself and gave me a home like environment and feeling they were very clean. Staff was willing to work with me when I had an issue with the people upstairs. Their water were leaking in my room. They took care of it right away that it expeditiously, they didn’t have me wait no time I really enjoyed the service and the amenities and the place. Very disappointing experience — overcrowded and poorly managed Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was how overcrowded the pool and lazy river area became with people who did not appear to be staying at the resort. Many of them were not wearing wristbands, which made it seem like the resort was allowing non-paying guests to use the facilities. Saturday night was especially frustrating. The pool area was filled with very loud, disruptive, and obnoxious young people. Families with children were clearly uncomfortable and unhappy with the behavior. It was difficult to relax and enjoy the amenities we were paying to use. To make matters worse, most of the pool areas were closed, with no clear explanation given to guests. This forced everyone into one general area, making an already overcrowded situation even worse. As a paying guest, it was incredibly frustrating to spend money to stay at a resort only to feel like we were competing for space with people who shouldn’t have been using the facilities in the first place. The whole situation gave the impression that the resort was allowing friends or outside guests access while paying customers were left to deal with the consequences. Whether that was actually the case or not, that is certainly how it felt. We will not be staying here again.
