Crystals at City Center Tours and Activities

LOVED this place - well done! The only negative was the concert going on below our room that was CRAZY loud (even though it was indoors)

We loved the room and the pool area. The lazy river was so nice and peaceful. We would have liked to have had some music at the pool. It was a little too quiet. We did have a loud noise in the bedroom every time the air kicked on and the air vent in the ceiling was directly above one side of the bed which made it uncomfortable because it was blowing in your face. Everything else was awesome!

The room was perfect! Good food options as well! However I have to say the check in process was not. You check in via kiosk, which is fine but when I had a question the person standing there to answer questions was very cold and unhelpful.
