My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Stayed here two nights for Def Leppard who totally rocked!! Very professional musicians and wow the men sound great and look fantastic. Heaa aslthy!! Loved the SC dedications too <3 Room cold, fan but no heat. Amenities all charged, no coffee cream sugar for the keurig. No shower cap or make up remover sheets, no stops. Yes shampoo. High resort fee in winter when no swimming pool :-/ Food fair. Ended up at Cheesecake Factory twice, good meals for a chain and of course cheesecake coconut cream. Always nice to walk Forum shops. Aside from that, nice layout within the hotel. Amazing show!!
