"Excellent location, on site restaurant was good. I booked a room without a view of the lake realized I wanted one and in 5 minutes they got us in a room with an awesome view. Couldn’t have handled my mistake any better. Have stayed here multiple times and it’s one of our favorites."

"We have been visiting the Lake Placid area for the last 14 years, staying at two other rentals before finding Chillax. Choosing to stay here a second time was because of its fantastic quiet location, spacious layout, large well stocked kitchen, comfy bed, over the top cleanliness and all the comforts of home.Agnes and Artur are always giving you their finest hospitality, making sure that your stay exceeds your expectations! "My girlfriends and I stayed at Jeff's rental for a girl's weekend. The rental was in a perfect location. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Beach access to Lake Placid was an added bonus. We are talking about going back in the winter to enjoy the snow events and plan on staying at Jeff's as it was an ideal set up. "
"Residences are a little outside of downtown but quiet and comfortable, and near to a lot of attractions in any direction. Having a kitchen is perfect for families who spend the days hiking or in outdoor activities and want a quiet place to eat and relax in the evening. Firepit was a bonus for winding down and sharing stories."
