"Room was very nice and amenities were excellent. Microwave and fridge/freezer - very nice. Huge Samsung TV which required some effort to figure out how to navigate the channels, but after that I enjoyed the channel options and the picture quality. Some written instructions would have been nice. Ditto for the a/c remote but I didn't really need it. Room was very clean except the bedside table seemed to have a couple of sticky bits, not a big problem. The texted instructions on how to access the room, etc, were very good. I would definitely stay there again."

"The room was small for two but clean. Beds were quite soft and air conditioning loud. The bathroom looked new but we had problem regulate temperature/pressure in the shower. No trash can ( maybe because bathroom is too small ) or toilet bowl cleaner. Fridge was a good size with freezer. Parking just in front of the room was good."

"Rachel and the staff at the Grandview are amazing. The views are amazing and the location to town, the venues, and the shopping are perfect. The dining at the Grandview Restaurant is awesome. The breakfast is amazing and the food and the views in the Great Room restaurant and the patio make it a special dining experience. It is a great place to go relax and enjoy the Lake Placid area."
