I like mostly everything but with everything so nice they used toilet paper that feels like newspaper. The sausages were so tough you could not chew them and the were so tough I could not cut them with the terrible cutlery. The wonderful staff made up for everything.

The beds were very comfortable and the room had a large and very clean washroom. The breakfast was very good with a great selection. The pool was wonderful as well. The only complaint would be the large spiders at the back entrance but otherwise everyy was fabulous.

This hotel is located right off 401, very easy access and plenty of food options across the street or a short drive into Whitby. The staff was available and very friendly. Free breakfast is a great plus when heading out on the road. Clean facility and comfortable beds.

The area is convenient at the venue that we wanted the gasoline station is just in the corner and food availability is nearby. The pool is a good addition but the sitting area is so limited.We arrived early from a 8H drive and we have to wait for the check in time which is 3pm. And a lot are checking in. So we have to come back. The receptionist is Sam, she is very friendly and excellent in costumer service the manner how she check us in is just easy. The earlier receptionist is not that friendly, seems like don’t like to be there. The rom is very spacious. The cleaning ladies are great. The breakfast in the morning was a convenient don’t have to go anywhere.
