"Customer Service was excellent! The room was amazing too. Love that all rooms have kitchenettes. Rather than exposing ourselves outside, we opted to just set up the room and dine in (covid precautions). We also loved our time in the heated pool and it was snowing! "We stayed for two nights and enjoyed the easy access to the Lodge. Our room was comfortable enough. We did find a few random hairs and bits of food in the bed, which was a little off-putting.
