"Some friends and I stayed here for a few days and were blown away by the house and location. You are extremely close to Las Olas/downtown along with being in walking distance to the beach. The house itself is impressive and the pool area/waterfront were amazing. If you’re looking for an upscale/quiet place to stay that’s well situated in FLL then I highly recommend this listing."

"Beautiful house, even better than the pictures. Only small issue during the stay was not many towels, messages the host and they sent more immediately. We had agreed to a late check out at 11AM but the cleaners came at 10 knocking on the door, we were able to stay until 11. Afterwards, the host messaged about what appeared to be a very small amount of damage to the ping pong table, and submitted a bill for $400. Fortunately we had the insurance which covered everything. "My 2 friends and I enjoyed our stay here. We each had our separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms between us and a spacious area to gather. The outside porch area was comfortable and shaded. We spent a lot of time there. In roughly 300 steps we were on the beach and had beautiful views of both the sun & moonrises. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, etc. The house was very clean. We enjoyed watching the iguanas sunbathe as well. We all agreed we would return! We highly recommend!"

"House is in a great location - very close to beach and boardwalk. The house was as advertised. Very clean, very nice and was great for all nine of us. Although the backyard is small, it is very unusual to have such a yard in this area and the pool was very nice as well. Overall it is a great place to stay if you want to be near Hollywood Beach. "Overall, we have a very enjoyable stay in Margate. Several very-minor quibbles, none of which impacted our enjoyment. We searched for a private place with hot tub and pool. We got what we wanted. Margate is further from the beach than we would have liked - half hour from Pompano Beach and Lauderdale by the Sea - but that did not stop us. We went to the beach every day, went back and soaked in the hot tub. Very nice itinerary! Also, there is a very nice park with tennis and pickleball courts...

"Our stay at this home was before we got on our cruise ship. The home was just as described, if not better!! Great location to the port and the airport. The house was great for our family of 6, plenty of room. We also enjoyed sitting around the pool and swimming too. The property manager was great to work with also. We will definitely stay again when visiting the area."

"We rented this listing for a multigenerational family for the month of March. Location is great, right across the street from the beach with many restaurants, supermarkets, cafes nearby. The house was great, plenty of room, kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes and flatware. Pool area was lovely with comfortable seating and was maintained for us during our stay. Craig is a great host, very quick to respond to any questions or concerns."
