"Stunning views of the bay from the bedroom, beautiful foyer, great breakfast options in a beautiful large restaurant, ability to top up our water bottles with a filtered fountain tap in Reception. Overall top quality hotel near to numerous restaurants and trendy bars on the water front."

"At check in, I was offered an upgrade to a room with a balcony and it was fabulous! Marvelous view of downtown Miami with sunset. We really enjoyed the pool and having a mimosa at the outside bar. Breakfast right on the bayside was charming. And the Baia SPA not to be missed! I treated myself to a massage and it was superb!!"

"Beautiful clean hotel. However, I got charged for a restaurant bill, Sugar, that my husband n I did not even go to. I suggest asking the guest for their room key to verify they r a guest in the hotel. Giving the hotel room # is not enough. We ate breakfast at Quinto n we were asked for our room number. Anyone listening can use this same room number."

"Great service from employees, very clean, nice atmosphere, great parking garage, sad that pool and fitness center under construction, it needs some updating in the rooms and beds (not bad) definitely would stay again"
