#### Nice Atmosphere 

The Room was fairly Nice & clean, would suggest better bedspreads, suggest More pillows for couple, but the Building Needs More Renovation, especially Rest Rooms.

I like that I always feel comfortable here. It’s quiet. The Motel Studio has a kitchen and a nice size bathroom. Very beautiful, very clean. This is always my top choice of places to stay. Rather it be the Motel, or the studio I always satisfied with the room and service during the day.

As inexpensive hotels go, this place was pretty good. Notice I wrote "inexpensive," I didn't write "cheap." The hotel was quite dated, but it was clean, comfortable, in good repair, and actually kinda cute. The neighborhood is nothing special. If you need a respectable and affordable place, consider Richard's.

The service always nice but this stay this time there were a lot of little roaches. Love that the bed was comfy and extra pillows. Wish there was an extta lock on the door. But roaches in th sink and cabinets and in the bathroom as well a few dead on the floor.

The plays was clean. Some of the staff were helpful and friendly, others were short and inconsiderate. We call the office to get the Wi-Fi password one afternoon and the guy in the office said the password once then hung up on my wife before she could make sure of what he said. I had to walk down to the office and get the password from him directly and he gave me a terrible attitude about it. However this was the only problem we had.
