Nestled in a safe, welcoming neighborhood, you’re only 5 minutes from Miami Beach, 15 minutes from Aventura Mall, and 20 minutes from the airport. Shops and attractions are just minutes away for your convenience! The Space: COVID19 - CLEANING PROCEDURES 1- Cleaning staff uses handheld spray sanitizer to disinfect home when entering property. 2- UV light disinfectant is used on any touch surfaces - remote, light switches, countertops etc. 3- Touch surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant wipes. 4- Deep clean is thoroughly done every cleaning. 5- Sheets are deep washed with bleach and detergent. The host was very communative. There were just a few little things that werent ideal. The Roku remote dudnt work. I had to use my phone i order to use it. The parking is tight. The house was spotless, in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The communication with the host Victor was great. I needed some extra accommodations and he made our stay such a breeze.
