A lovely property. Looked just as advertised. Dedicated elevator to unit was a great time-saver. But, while communications with property owner were easy, with a relatively quick response, they were largely futile. There were several issues with the unit, which Zi brought to the owner’s attention, like: 1\. Queen-sized sheets on a King bed. Very undersized and didn’t fit well; 2\. Main light in the kitchen inoperable; 3\. No dish towels; and 3\. Insufficient cookware. He responded quickly, indicated he would look into and address the problems, but never followed up on any of them, despite my repeated requests. Luckily, the problems were not of a more serious nature. So overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. But I hate to think how things may have turned out had the problems been more significant.
