HOST WORKING HOURS AND CHECK-IN TIME: 4 PM-11 AM RESERVATION POLICIES: 1 - Door codes are always shared after photo id and selfie in front of the front door are sent. The check-in time frame is from 4 PM-12 AM, anytime after would be considered a violation of our rules, this timeframe allows us to help if needed during our working hours(4 PM-11 AM). 2 - Early check-in for $50/hour and late check-outs for $100/hour. This is offered based on availability. 3 - All complaints must be notified after 30 mins of check-in. 4 - All reservation changes must be done before the checkout time each day (10 AM), changes can not be done after 10 AM as per the app configuration, we can not override this. 5 - No courtesy refunds are provided. 6 - If you want me to coordinate any amenities, please let me know 24 hours in advance (4 PM-12 AM) so my team can deliver or resolve on-site the next day. 7 - Extra cleanings in case of Issues or courtesies should be arranged 24 hours in advance and before 10 AM each day. 8 - REGISTRATION POLICY: Registration is a mandatory step after booking, requiring the submission of IDs for all guests under the reservation. It's crucial to complete the registartion accurately; failure to do so will result in your reservation termination with no refund. 9 - CITY PENALTIES: The guest will bear full responsibility for any city-imposed penalties directly related to their stay, if applicable, plus any damages and a 20% extra of the total as compensation to the host, these additional 20% will be allocated toward a neighborhood compensation plan. Before throwing trash in the trash cans outside, please put the trash in a trash bag! Before checkout, make sure trash is in the trash bags! Be aware that at any time on Monday and Thursday, my team will be there cleaning the Pool. Check-in is from 4PM-12AM. (Early check-in for $50/hour) Check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that a late Check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty, that could be deducted from your security deposit. (Late check-out for $100/hour) QUIET TIME FROM 10 PM TO 7 AM. $250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without a refund. $100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the house entrance. Make sure the trash is in a trash bag before! Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can :). Also, please don't throw excessive toilet paper in the toilets to avoid clogging. Penalties will be charged if maintenance/repair is needed. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. We researched 20+ houses but kept going back to this one. Upon arrival, we were very pleased with the setup and the pictures/ description matched everything that was featured online. There were 11 of us and we were able to move about the house comfortably and had enough space to gather for lots of fun memories. We especially enjoyed the pool, putt-putt golf and basketball court.
