"Customer service was over and above anything I’ve ever had at any other property. I received a text every day asking how my stay was going. When I responded after midnight with a question, they responded in 20 minutes. They anticipated my every need. They opened every door. They did everything they could to make my stay as great as possible. The woman who was taking care of my room intentionally asked if everything was OK. Sitting eating a sandwich in a small area off the lobby, one of the workers gave me a bottle of water. I am so so happy I chose this property and will return."
