« The host was wonderful and very responsive. She even offers extended check out which was great. The listing could be a bit more detailed on the apartment. It appears to be a place to rent rooms but the whole apartment was offered. There is a camera IN the apartment which was very uncomfortable as I felt like I could not get comfortable for the time I was there and being watched I could not enjoy the living room. Other than that I have no complaints. »

« I found the price for a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit very very reasonabl. Elizabeth, NJ was just a short train ride to NYC and I saved a lot of money by staying there. The unit was in a relatively new building complex. The surrounding community was working class but that was never a concern in the 5 days I was there. There was a little confusion because there are 3 entities involved...EvonifyLLC, Verbo and Expedia. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in the city. »

« Worst stay of my life. This place is in the middle of an industrial park, surrounded by businesses. It also had construction going on so the lobby was a construction zone. There was only one person who worked there to deal with all the people. Our room was very cold, my daughter went to the front desk to ask for a couple of extra blankets when the heat failed to warm up the room ( we turned up the thermostat) and came back with one. Said the lady at the desk said she was only allowed to...

« We had a pleasant stay in Theron's house, me, my 3 children and my wife. Very nice apartment. Very well equipped in a residential area with all the services a family needs.
