"Parking was fine but staff at the front desk may need to adjust her attitude a bit. She refused to let me check-in although I was at the hotel only about half an hour before check-in time (and the hotel is nearly half empty). I had to wait at the lobby until exactly the time (not even a minute earlier) before she would check me in!"

"Everything was great, I had a great time with my kids, the only thing I’ll suggest is to keep the pool clean. The water looked murky and the whole time I was at the pool I didn’t see anyone cleaning around. Besides the pool, everything was perfect."

"The room was very clean and nicely kept. I have to give a special shout out to the front desk clerks, they were both amazing. Everyone was very helpful. I needed a staycation and this was a perfect fit. I had a 1 bedroom suite which had a pull out couch, fridge, microwave, beautifully stocked bathroom etc. very comfortable and peaceful. "
