"Cuando hice la reserva aparecia que estaba incluido el desayuno, al llegar me dijero que debia pagar $20.00 por desayuno, y quien me informó fue el personal atento de la cefeteria no recibí buena atencion por parte del personal del Hotel, desde que llegue hasta que salí, de igual forma el Hotel dice que que hablan 3 idiomas Ingles, español y frances, cuando pedi ayuda en español nunca recibi una respuesta y quienes me guiaron fueron las personas amables de la cafeteria, me lleve una pesima experiencia habia estado en otros hoteles Holiday Inn en EEUU y nunca me habian atendido tan pesimo"

Yes, I’m sure the staff would have brought them to me but I was in no position to come to the door. Also, had trouble with the dead phone until I realized it was plugged into the internet receptacle."
