"This was a great hotel for a few nights! The staff were lovely. My ONLY complaint is the lack of carpet near the elevators by the pool. It was often slippery and dangerous if you aren’t paying attention. Lots of teams and families means it’s a high traffic area. Watch your step and it’s great!"

"The staff were extremely kind. Anything I needed they provided for me. I asked them to do something special for my fiancé’s birthday and we came to Rose petals on the bed and a birthday cake made out of towels with a sign. I love that the pool is only for people ages 16 and over. Location was perfect for our event at Rogers place! I would absolutely stay there again"

"My stay left me feeling good. I gave 5 stars because the front desk staff was very good. This is an older hotel that is going through some renovations. Once complete I’m sure it will be great. My room had been renovated but wasn’t complete. I was given a room that I didn’t book (queen with kitchen), I booked a king room. It was clean and the bed was fine. New appliances looked nice and everything was very clean. The staff refunded me a portion of my night cost so that was awesome. They did it without me asking, I just went to inquire if I was given the wrong room by mistake. It was already a great price so I wasn’t expecting anything. All that said I wish they would have advertised it was under renovation. I wouldn’t have been surprised. I will be looking for this property in the future as long as the price continues to reflect the stage of renovation it’s in. There is plenty of parking and food options close by."

"We stayed here once before and again recently. It is one of the best hotels to stay at; in our experiences. We have not one single complaint about this hotel. The hotel manager is doing a beautiful job managing this hotel and it shows in all aspects. All staff are extremely friendly throughout the hotel. The whole hotel is kept clean and secure. You need your room key to go to the different floors. The rooms are updated nicely. I love the non carpet floor. Breakfast is very good. I love the small details throughout the hotel. Such as the sea animals on the windows of the swimming pool, toys for the kids, a warm pool, and beautiful lounge chairs etc. In our room there is a small light in the bathroom that turns on automatically in the dark. Usually I leave lights on at night with this small light there is no need to. All these small details we have taken note. I recommend you stay at this hotel. You won't regret it."
