Whenever I stay in a hotel the very important to me is the cleanliness and the bed. So far it meet my expectations, the bed mattress is comfortable enough on my back.

Staff was very helpful answering any questions at anytime of day. Room was clean, many tv & movie channels, fridge & microwave. Bathroom was clean, with an accessable walk-in shower that dries well with door open. Hotel is about a half an hour drive from Chicago. Breakfast is a highlight of the place, eggs, sausage, breads, fruit, fresh pancakes & waffles, yogurt, juices and more! Overall a great, safe stay, would come back for sure.

Overall everything was great!

Beautiful hotel, easy street parking, great breakfast, awesome pool with a fantastic view - floor to ceiling windows. We stayed in a suite which had lots of room, clean and very modern. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Making people feel special must be their superpower because I was pleasantly surprised by a special gift I received for my birthday. The staff was always courteous, helpful and friendly. I loved that the lobby where they had a few games you could play but was so relaxing and quiet that there were several people just sitting around and chatting. It's proximity to the L had its pros and cons. The only con being the noise but it was so minimal that you only heard it while sitting on the window...

Best stay, wonderful property.

Excellent hotel!

Great location, walking distance to most of the main attractions. Great hotel, great style. Room was super nice and bed very comfy. Would stay again. Room with view on the river is great for the view, just a bit noisy at night with sirens and honks. But overall perfect stay in Chicago !

Les chambres sont propres et très confortable. Le buffet déjeuner est très bien et l’emplacement est parfait pour visiter la ville. Bon rapport qualité prix

Great location! Walking distance to a lot of landmarks. Breakfast was good And the staff was very friendly

I wanted to express my positive experience during my recent stay. The hotel was great, the staff were very helpful, and the rooms were clean. It was also very well located, being close to all the exhibitions.

Staff very helpful, friendly and excellent at their roles. Breakfast amazing!! Laundry facility very helpful. Room clean and good amenities. Highly recommend the hotel.

Helpful staff, room very clean, breakfast excellent

The overall hotel experience was great. Good location for restaurants and about a 20min walk to downtown. Front line staff were not very helpful with recommendations - the 2 that we spoke to on different days did not help much but that is what Google is for. Room was clean and spacious. There was a full sized fridge, dishwasher and stove - which was great since we had an infant with us. The bed was a little soft for out liking but it was a king bed with lots of room to move. The one thing...

This hotel is in a very convenient spot in Downtown Chicago. It's less than 4 minutes walking from Lasalle Station (blue line),Harrison Station (red line), and several bus lines. That means you can reach all the city's attractions quite easily. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The hotel itself is simple but beautiful and clean (the lobby and sitting area are both really nice). The room was cozy with a great view. Absolutely every corner of the room and the...

Large, spacious rooms that had a nice seating area. Staff were very helpful, and they had lots of amenities (eg laundry machines with free detergent, large gym). Free breakfast was of stellar quality. Location is also very close to just about everything.
