I cannot recommend this place enough. Absolutely amazing.

If you plan to stay in Lihue with big family, this is a good option with affordable price. The resort provides most of the toiletries, include toothbrushes and toothpaste. All kinds of kitchen appliance and supplies are available in the kitchen area if you plan to cook. I was not impressed with the resort while I first walked in the room, however, after settled and checked all the room, I realized the housekeepers did amazing job by keep everywhere of the room very clean without any visible dust. Swimming pool maintained clean and has indoor and outdoor area for family to sit. Resort is walking distance to Kalapaki beach, famous Musubi Truck, island treats & gift shop, multiple famous hawaiian coffee shops, and my favorite Da Seafood Boil truck.

The room was really pretty good! Not luxury but good. It has some rust and mold from being in a moist environment, but that’s to be expected. The front room and kitchen were very nice and updated and welcoming. The master bedroom and bathroom were redone and nice. The kids bedroom felt a little dingy and had massive cobwebs in the ceiling corners— which made the kids scared to sleep in there. So the kids piled into our master bedroom and my husband went to sleep in the kids room. He lasted a few minutes before he felt bugs jumping all over him—and he came back to the master as well. No AC so the entire place stayed muggy and hot the entire day and night. We all slept on top of the sheets because it was so hot.You need to leave the windows open to get a breeze. But the screens fit poorly and there’s gaps in the doors so little bugs get in. Think gnats, moths, and mosquitos,and one large cockroach. The fans were rotating the wrong way to cool down the room so we switched the flip to make them rotate counterclockwise which made the fans throw large clumps of dust for days.The plan was to walk to poipu to see the turtles— but the way is blocked so you have to get in your car and drive the 2min to poipu beach. For Hawaii on a budget this place was great! The grounds and beach were beautiful! I however would not stay here again unless I can pick the exact condo I will be staying in—with AC!And a steep cleaning fee when you leave is wild with the cobwebs,dust,and dirty floorboards

From the concierges, to the valets, to the poolside wait staff, to the housekeeping, the hospitality was wonderful! We made the mistake of doing Uber instead of a rental car. Not the smartest idea considering it is really easy to get an Uber from the airport to Princeville, but very hard to get an Uber while at the hotel. The valet manager and staff were very helpful in arranging other transportation for us, and even drove us to and from the hotel to the the Princeville Market so we could try some other restaurants in addition to the ones at the hotel. Perfect access to the beach and fun trails to walk/hike.

This apartment complex has a great location on the east of the island right on the beach. The beach is not recommended for swimming due to waves, currents and rocks. Many restaurants around to choose from. No breakfast restaurants on the property and the only restaurant they have is not open every day. The studio had worn out king size mattress, where the body sank in without spinal support. The shower didn’t stay up well and needed to be adjusted throughout the entire length of shower. No full size mirror and only 1 mirror in the bathroom that sweats when the shower is taken. It is not a hotel, so no cleaning/garbage emptying/towels. Swimming pool area appeared nice. They had many kids in that area. The gym had plenty of equipment for us to use. The toilet had black mildew and the room smelled.
