The Trailway House is your perfect homebase while exploring Mineral Wells.

This two bedroom circa 1900 farmhouse is the quiet retreat you have been searching for. Open concept kitchen and dining with large island is perfect for entertaining. The completely fenced in yard and front porch is perfect for your furry friend. Access to the Mineral Wells Trailway is directly across the street. Clark Gardens is a 5min drive. Downtown Mineral Wells is a quick 10min drive. Bring your bikes or horses and enjoy exploring the area.

*Horses will need to be kept in their trailer as there is no stable currently available.

The perfect get away
A group of us stayed at the trailway house for a fun get away for friends! It was the most quaint and perfect little home. A beautiful environment, quiet and absolutely perfect for our group. 3 truck drivers, 2 nurses and an accountant! We enjoyed every second spent there. Porch is perfect for sipping coffee and watching the wild life. Plenty of room for 6 people. The host was attentive and communicative. We couldn’t have asked for a better retreat!! We will be back!!!
