Elegant hotel in a great location. Every staff member we encountered from the reception, bellhop, wait staff, concierge and doorman were polite, welcoming and extreemly professional. Would definitely stay here again

We booked last minute because of the UK airspace closure. Staff were wonderful. Room was very comfortable and nicely appointed. And the location is perfect. Would happily go back!

Room was cosy and comfy. Courtyard was well taken care off. Breakfast was good. Shower door was not closing properly so water was leaking to the floor which was inconvenient.

This was my first time staying at the May Fair but I have been to London many times. Staying at the May Fair was the best experience I have had and it was marvellous. The hotel is located in a very convenient area, the hotel bar is one of the best in the Mayfair zone, the room was beautiful, and the in-room dining was exceptional!

Perfect place to stay for Christmas atmosphere. It really felt special and a nice escape. I wouldn’t change a thing but the restaurants. By Gordon Ramsey, they were the worst and most overpriced food in London.
