"L'hôtel est bien placé et le personnel à l'accueil est agréable et souriant. En revanche, le manager du roof top nous a bien roulé dans la farine. Nous avons payé deux verres de chardonnay et une toute petite assiette de charcuterie deux fois soit disant que internet avait failli. On lui a bien montré sur le téléphone de mon compagnon le montant débité mais il n'a rien voulu savoir. Il nous a dit qu'il verrait si à minuit le montant sera débité. En rentrant en France, deux jours après, j'ai vu le montant débité sur mon compte, ils se sont servis sur la caution au moment du Check in. C'est honteux. Ce qui fait que nos deux comptes ont été débités chacun débité du même montant soit deux paiements ça fait cher l'apéritif pour un hôtel non considéré comme étant luxueux. Bref, le problème n'est pas si l'hôtel est luxueux ou non, c'est surtout le fait d'avoir payé deux fois et que le manager n'a pas voulu prendre en compte le fait que c'était déjà débité sur le compte de mon compagnon. Il n'a même pas voulu regarder l'écran. J'ai écrit à l'hôtel par mail en envoyant les copies écrans de nos deux comptes vendredi 39/05 et à ce jour aucune réponse (nous sommes le 02/06/2026). Notre voyage date du we de l'ascension. Si vous voulez boire un verre en haut d'une tour, allez ailleurs... Cela évitera les déceptions au moment du paiement. J'avoue que cela a gâché notre dernière soirée dans cet hôtel."

"Chambre parfaite Accueil réception de nuit moyen. Accueil réception de jour excecrable inadmissible compte tenu du niveau de l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner, accueil moyen pour le placement, accueil à table et service très bons. Tarification, validation des bonus et avantages pré facturés complètement obscurs et méthodes abusives."

"L’hôtel est bien situé juste derrière Times Square. De l’extérieur il est très bien et fait luxueux, le hall, l’entrée, les espaces communs aussi très bien. Le personnel assez bien. Par contre je ne pense pas que l’aspirateur soit passé à tous les étages tous les jours car les mêmes choses ont traînés durant les 4 nuits dans les couloirs…je ne dirais pas qu’il est sale mais peut largement mieux faire. Les chambres soit vieillottes, la robinetterie aussi mais comme beaucoup dans NY. Les chambres de 4 sont petites la salle de bain minuscule."

"The hotel is outdated and poorly maintained. The duvets and bed sheets were dirty, not properly washed, and had yellow stains. In addition, the staff were unprofessional and poorly trained. I arrived late at night, around 1:00 a.m., and the receptionist told me that the $35 credit could be used the next day because the current day had already ended. However, I was later surprised to find that I had been charged for my consumption. On top of that, almost everything comes with an extra charge, including Wi-Fi and luggage storage. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, with dishonest and unhelpful staff."
