Location de vacances de particulier à Lower Manhattan

« There is absolutely no indication as to the amount of steps outside and inside to access the living area. NOT suitable for elderly guest like myself. Thank God my daughters were able to help me climb up and down them which was a struggle and painful. Dragging the suitcases up was very difficult. apartment had no extra toilet tissue or blankets. Also no toaster. It was well furnished with comfortable beds and large TV in the living room. There were some roaches in the bathroom and kitchen but...

« I liked the location of this property, good access to food and site seeing! Very comfortable place, clean and just like being at home. The garage was a nice plus, parking on the street would have been difficult!! Biking in the immediate area was very good, if going further might have been traffic congested / a little more dangerous. Great access to public transportation, busses, rapid trains and ferries! »

« We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking. There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...

« Awesome hosts. The house was clean, easy to find and the beds were comfortable! »

« Found a joint in the basement and food in the microwave. Socks, a chicken bone, and trash were on the floor. Broken knobs on the stove and broken lamps and foosball table. Smelled like marajuana. Very spacious. Very responsive when we got locked out. »

« Great place in Hoboken, walking distance to restaurants, bars, etc. Would definitely stay here again. »

« We loved this property. It’s large, clean and the best hosts! We will definitely be back and highly recommend!! »

« Great rental for my family of 4 and several cousins. We attended a wedding in Jersey City and it was very convenient to Uber to Maritime Park and back. The owner was a great when we had issues with the Wi-Fi or flexibility with dropping off suitcases early or having an extra hour to leave. The kids loved the game room and the cousins who stored loudly slept in the couch in the game room that folded out nicely into a bed. The door was closed and it worked like a charm.. I would recommend this...
