« Place was extremely dirty. Layers of dirt, dust and bugs. No WiFi or service available inside. The washer and dryer promised were not available for use. Host was very slow/not responsive. No central AC. Front door lock does not work. Low privacy bc of open glass door with no curtains. Very little amenities provide; few dirty towels. Only pro is location on north shore. For the price at minimum place should be clean. »

« Owners should install a digital code lock for the gate. We didn't arrive to the rental till evening and they had a tiny lock on the very bottom of the gate in which you could not see the numbers very well. It was a pain to go in and then come out to go somewhere. The rental unit itself is very cozy and nice. It's just the entering of the property is very difficult if you get there when the sun is down. Other than that everything else is great »

The location itself is wonderful, located close to the beach and some places we needed to get to during our stay. « First off they lied about the location. It wasn't at Turtle bay as listed. It was near sunset beach. The place itself was not very clean. They had the closet in tje main bedroom locked so we had to leave our clothes in tje suitcases. No.place to hang towels in the bathroom. No hair dryers as promised . The a/c in tje bedroom made so much noise we couldn't sleep. We had reseved 7 nights. We moved out the swcond day. I texted tje owner and got no reply. I called VRBO. « We loved the condo and the location . We were able to utilize the amenities of the Ritz without having to stay in the hotel. We were a little disappointed in the response time from the property manager. One question was never responded to and our fist question took more than 24 hours to get a response.All in, I would highly recommend this condo »

« The surroundings are beautiful and exactly as described and seen in pics. The host was very communicative. Instructions to access the house were clear and easy to follow. The house was clean. All areas were well kept, and well maintained. We came with our two daughters and my dad who stayed on the bottom floor. It was nice that he had his own bathroom. He has a hard time sleeping, but the sounds of him getting up during the night did not make its way upstairs. There's a beautiful path around the...

"L’emplacement de l’hôtel est à deux pas de la plage, le personnel est sympathique. Du café et des petites collations sont offertes. L’hôtel prête divers items pour la plage (parasol, palmes, nouilles de piscine, etc). Il est possible de faire notre lessive. Les seuls points faibles sont que le lit etait inconfortable et il n y avait pas de chaise dans la chambre. "
