No phone call. No reminder email. Nothing. Just a small paragraph in the middle of a long email stating I had to visit the office prior to check-in. What’s the point of self check in. I had everything to get into the room and when I showed up someone else was in the room.

The staff was wonderful and the room was updated and spacious. However our unit was right on the sidewalk and street and loud. Plus the floor had not been swept and was dirty, the toilet was touch and go, and the bed comforter was super thin/cheap. Also a good 25 min drive to Victoria, so not as convenient as I thought it would be. Glad we were only there one night

This is a cute little place. Checkin and out were good. When we had an issue with the door code after hours the person who helped on the emergency line was great! My only complaint was the bed, it was too hard for me, this is a preference and you can’t please everyone.

Excellent property - comfortable, modern suites, great location close to major routes, lots of shopping/restaurants/fast food nearby. And just across the street from my golf club! We had a studio and the kitchen was stocked for 3. Even had K-cup coffee for a couple of days. Our dog was comfy too. Manager very responsive by email. Really enjoyed our 3-night stay, will be back, and highly recommend.

My children and I spent 10 days here in late December 2023 to the first week of January while dropping my daughter off at University of Victoria. I was hesitant to book this because I had some concerns after reading the reviews online. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment and the property in general. The bed was very comfortable as well as the plush velvet sofa in the living room. The full sized refrigerator, microwave, stove and dishwasher were spotless. Screens were installed at the windows. The washing machine and dryer were easy to use. We accessed the 5th floor easily via the elevator. There was also free WiFi and parking. I had no trouble with entry lock. The manger was also very helpful in securing my packages and delivering them to my room. This apartment met my expectations. I could not have asked for more.

Washer dryer combo terrible results
The solo suite was adequate, though some of the cupboards were peeling. The upper smoking area is off limits over night, and the lower one was completely uncovered from the elements. My biggest complaint was about the washer dryer combined. It took about 4 hours to do a load and the garments were still damp and wrinkled. Not impressed by that at all. I intended to catch up on laundry, but could not get through it in my two nights there. Disappointing.
