The only drawback is we had the attic apartment which has a (locked) door leading to the apartment below and from there you can hear every single conversion of the occupants and use of the kitchen. A part from that lovely place and affordable for Venice. "

"It’s a spacious one bedroom apartment for three of us. We stayed in the Master bedroom and our teen boy stayed in the comfort double soft bed located the living room. There is a good size kitchen and lounge areas. Strongly recommended to a family with 2 kids. "

"My party only stayed for 2 nights, so this apartment was adequate for our needs. There is only a/c in the bedroom and nowhere else, so we could not hang out in the living room. It was fine for us because we were pretty much gone all day. Beds were comfortable. Communication was challenging at times as we tried to arrange transportation to and from the airport, but all worked out in the end."

"It is a small hotel but it offers all the comforts of a big one but with a very cozy atmosphere."

"Centrally located near everything. The unit was a 5-10 minutes walk away from all the major Venice sights. The room was clean but lots of noise from its central location. Dishe cleanliness was not the greatest but otherwise, very clean. It advertises with free wifi but there are none to be found in the unit which affected my confort rating. Lots of planning goes in those trips nowaday, requiring reliable internet connection. There's no front desk as it is located 5-10 minutes away!"

You have easy access to Sam Marco, Dorsoduro and other areas of Venice. The apartment was clean and the kitchen is modern and very functional. We had a great two evenings in Venice."

The hosts were very good communicators and offered information that I didn’t even know I needed.. and reflecting back that was so critical to our arrival and departure planning. We were treated with a thunder and lightning storm the evening of our arrival but had it persisted much longer it would have been a nightmare, and for our hosts, protecting their property was critical as...
