The check in process was awkward. Poor signage to the check in area, then surprised that the hotel proper was in a completely different building across the street with the entrance around a corner, and not clearly marked The staff could not be faulted for lack of friendliness but their instructions for how to locate the hotel entrance and where to park, were confusing. Once we found our rooms, we were pleased and passed a quiet and comfortable night.

The operating system is poor because if you close in late tho should be some grace period for checking out But the hotel is very nice

Included everything you’ll need for a stay. Had multiple kitchen appliances. Wish they had a dnd sign for the cleaning crew. They only touched the bed and replaced towels and such, but i usually prefer cleaning after we check out of the hotel. Other than that, the stay was quite nice.
