Hideaway Bay Resort

10/10 Excellent

"We stayed for a few nights and really enjoyed the waterfront view cottage! Highly recommend the waterfront vs. the waterview cottages, especially if you like to sit on porches :) We were able to enjoy the lakeview and hear the water 24/7 if we so desired! We swam in the lake (bring water shoes), enjoyed the beautiful sauna, and chilled in the hot tub! Staff was kind and helpful, and the amenities really feel like a cute, beachfront-bar vibe. It is most certainly a place to stay if you really just want to relax on-site and have some chill reading time, movie nights, friends/family get-together, and cookouts. The bar food selection was great and tasted clean & fresh! We look forward to staying again!"

"Rosemary was an excellent host.She was available if needed and precise on her directions on where to park and how to enter the cabins.Her beautiful home is on the expansive property and she greeted us upon our arrival.The cabins were clean and inviting.Guests have access to stairs down to the shore line where we were treated with beautiful sunsets! You do have to take your belongings across the lawn from the driveway,approximately thirty yards."

"The motel, while a bit dated, was very nice. Our room was spacious and clean. We didn't use any of the amenities so I can't comment on them. The Chautauqua Belle is nearby and was a wonderful way to spend a summer afternoon. I would definitely stay at Webers again."

"You have the whole house so it is nice and quiet. I stayed here twice this summer and it was very convenient and relaxing. AC works well and the bed is comfortable."
