"Loved having a private balcony. The staff was nice and quick to get me checked in. The room was spacious and clean. It was a nice quiet night on the balcony watching the sunset with a lake view. Only issue is the TV didnt work, had a roku low power thing but it really wasn't a big deal to me I only use TV for backround noise in hotels. So overall im happy with my stay and if I end up that way again for work I will most likely stay again."

"The house is definitely family friendly. Super clean. SUPER close to Bemus Point. I would recommend this house for a large group with lots of little kids and you’re not going to go anywhere. Hannah had plenty of things around that can fill the time like fishing poles, games, puzzles, etc. Plenty of places for people to congregate or be left alone. A little rough around the edges in some aspects. Hannah always replied to any questions super quickly, and friendly."

"Breakfast wasn’t included in price at $192.00 a night because I booked thru Expedia. Also cleaning staff didn’t come back after early morning refusal until we notified the front desk. Beds are too firm."
