The beach is a 5 minute walk straight down Main Street. Kitchen, pull-out couch, good bathroom. It was very comfortable. The location is also very good and was very easy to find. Kyle was quick to respond to my questions and was very easy to work with. We booked this for the eclipse very far out in advance (16 months) and there was never any issue. I recommend this property and Kyle whole-heartedly.
