The cabin has a beautiful view and a nice sized deck and backyard for all kinds of activities. The house was clean and well stocked. The house was big enough to accommodate us comfortably but cozy enough that so much time was spent together. Teenagers have a habit of disappearing on their phones. Instead the days were spent floating and kayaking in the lake or playing yard games. Evenings we gathered around the fire pit and made smores and told ghost stories or sat around the table playing board games. We love the cottage because it’s roomy enough for 8 adults, it has a great kitchen that has all you need, Tops Markets is five minutes away, there’s a private dock. It’s right on the water so you get to see everything from the inside if the weather is too cool to be outside. Plus, there’s plenty of yard space for corn hole and bury fire pit. There’s a gas grill on the property so we were easily able to pair meals every night plus a full kitchen. This is our go to for when we want to stay at Lake Chautauqua! ##### Sandy W.
