"The front desk staff was not welcoming. Check in was quick, we didn’t get there until 930ish.. we called downstairs to ask if the restaurant was open, they said yes. We came downstairs walked into the restaurant, they said they’re closed. The people there were finishing their last call…a bit of wrong information…the next morning my husband asked the front for a late check out since we didn’t sleep much and drove very far! They told him 1:30. At 12;55 a housekeeping woman knocked on our door, he answered and told her we have late check out until1:30 she said no, NOW!…so we rushed got dressed and packed and left!…didn’t even get to shower!…smh disappointing for a Hilton."

Tarps not secured, live electrical wires hanging from ceiling, large open unattended ladders in hallway. Active construction during guest using hallway and elevator / egress. Hallways "
