What I liked: It wasn't a cookie-cutter hotel experience (like Hyatt, Marriott, or Holiday Inn). I liked the old-style inn atrium as well as the ability to use stairs instead of relying on the elevator. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly. What was odd: At night, it was hard to differentiate the hotel from the restaurant with the same name. The shower arrangement in the bathroom was odd -- including the second drain in the floor to prevent puddling.

My husband Jerry and I were staying at the Craftsman Inn on our way home from Maine! The room was clean and well maintained. Ashley was at the desk when we arrived. She could not have more gracious! Asking for dinner recommendations, she gave us two. Later I needed and additional blanket. Ashely was right there delivering to our room! All with a great attitude!!
