"The property’s best features are its location in Elizabethtown New York and that it has a wonderful restaurant onsite. I’ve been going to the Deers Head Inn for almost 20 years and this is the first time I found the rooms needing some attention both cleanliness-wise and upkeep - e.g., replacing broken items like blinds that don’t work and in my room, a rusty toilet brush set. Otherwise same lovely location."

"We were at the Avon Inn for a very brief overnight stay, motivated by history behind the institution. As the sole remaining hotel from Avon's history as a destination for its springs, it is still the center of a lovely small town. Service was friendly and efficient and we would have been glad to spend another day or two there."

"Our stay at Elmrock was exactly what we needed to get out of town and have many of the beautiful sites of Ulster County available nearby. The House we rented from them was beautifully kept. The Breakfasts were great ant the conversation with others made for nice mornings. ON a VERY hot July 4th Weekend the home was cool and comfortable! Would recommend the Inn highly."
