Staying at the apa in Ryogokuwas a fantastic stay, it was in a very convenient location with lots to do. I felt very safe seeing as I was by myself whether during the day or night. Would highly recommend to friends and family

Amazing stay at Tokyo Dome Hotel, easy access to three different subway lines. The staff are incredibly helpful and courteous and the check in and out process was a breeze.
The fitness center is on the smaller end.
The only downside is because it is next to a stadium, during events at the stadium the elevators tend to get bogged down with line ups, the hotel staff does its best to counter act these effects though.
Overall it is definitely a great place to stay

We stayed in the deluxe triple -really great except the beds were too hard. That said, when I asked for a pillow top/extra duvets to sleep on, management responded very quickly and re-made the beds within about 10 minutes and extended that request to the other room I had to switch to without me asking. Exceptional service throughout the hotel.

Very close to the Unicorn Gundam statue! Within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping malls nearby, train station is also very close.
Offers paid airport shuttle service that drops you off at Haneda airport!

One of the best in hotel garden that is a must visit if u visit for the first time. Rooms are big and well maintained, and i think they are one of the few hotels that does room service twice a day. Many restaurant that serves authentic Japanese cuisine. The location however is not the best if you are not willing to use the more expensive taxi. It is a 20 mins walk to the nearest train. There is a bus stop right outside of the hotel but it comes every 10 mins on week days and 3 times an hour own...

The staff helped us find our lost wallet nearby by coming with us to the nearby areas when they didn't have to. And they also provided us with a cheaper option to send or luggage when they didn't have to. Overall they went above and beyond to help us.

This hotel is in a nice neighborhood. It is one of the three buildings in a large joint complex. There are many good restaurants in the complex. The Japanese garden is one of the main features. Overall services are good. Washroom is a bit outdated. The light control of turning either all lights on or off is a little inconvenient.

Small but convenient. Lot of amenities within the room. The room is well thought out.
Roppongi is amazing if you want to go out and you are “sort of” close to many cool neighborhoods.

My favourite thing about the room was the four step skin care provided and ofc the view! The wait time in the lobby lounge could improve. Overall, amazing experience. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Arigato :)

Amenities were really top notch. Hotel on bay side had beautiful view. Rooms were clean and housekeeping staff went above and beyond. The rooms could use an update but it exceeded our expectations. Buffet was good too and lots of options, could maybe use a few more western savory items but again we loved our stay.

Love the hotel, very close to Tokyo Disneyland also the shuttle to Tokyo station is easy, the hotel provides a shuttle to and from the station. Only negative we couldn’t swim in the pool because it was closed for the season even though it was 30 degrees Celsius outside. Overall I would stay again

Comfortable room, great service. The 25m pool and spa are amazing. (There is an extra fee for the pool spa: 2000 yen, but you can get a free membership that allows use for 800 yet before 10AM or after 6PM.) The quiet neighbourhood in Koto-ku is a nice break from the busy-ness of Tokyo but it's a 10-minute walk to the metro, so a trip to tourist sites takes 30+ minutes. Restaurant options in the neighbourhood could be better. My room had a perfect view of Tokyo Skytree.

Room size was good compared to other hotels in Japan. Property was clean. Easy access to train station and restaurants/mall/coffee shops. The bus service to Disney was very useful and reliable.

Clean, modern, quiet. Great location in new Shibuya Sakura stage building. To find the hotel go to third floor and look for Sakura side.
Right across from train station.

Very nice property. Excellent friendly staff. In business location not near much so taxis or transit taking is required. You need to want to stay in a traditional Japanese or you will not enjoy the hotel. It is not westernized at all. Food is all traditional.
