"New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. "We spent our honeymoon at the Zenza Hotel and it exceeded our expectations. Tucked away from the busy tourist areas, it offered a relaxed, low-key vibe that was perfect for us. The hotel provided beach towels, snorkel gear, umbrellas, lounge chairs, and convenient golf cart rides to and from the beach. The staff was wonderful and accommodating, and the best part was having Smith’s Reef right off the nearby beach. We swam with sea turtles every day! The beach was never crowded, and the daily complimentary fruit, cookies, coffee, and pastries were a great touch. Plus, several excellent restaurants were within walking distance."
