I did not wake up in time for breakfast but the room was clean and well maintained it was quiet with a nice indoor pool and friendly staff, the bathroom was a bit small but again very clean and had an awesome tub and waterfall type shower head

Spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Beautiful room in a prime location in the heart of Nelson. Lots of lovely little extra touches (a deck of playing cards, a fine selection of in-room teas, hair conditioner) made our stay feel quite luxurious. Looking forward to a return visit.

I've stayed here before and enjoyed it, but this stay wasn't as good as the last one. They boast about the fancy showers, but mine was mostly broken and in a sad state. I also didn't like the idea of having to book the hot tub and sauna on check in. That's something I decide to do on the spur of the moment. I did not have to book it last time. I will probably stay again, but I won't be recommending it so enthusiastically anymore.
