Revelstoke Dam Visitor Centre Tours and Activities

The property was nicer than expected. Amenities were available (gym, pool and sauna) but we didn’t use them as we were too busy exploring Canmore and Banff. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The property is in a wonderful location; walkable to Canmore town centre. Would definitely recommend this property.

The property was centrally located. We paid 2500$ for a 3 night stay which was frightfully expensive. For the 3 days that we were there, housecleaning never showed up. Bathroom was not cleaned and bed was not made for 3 days They charged 5 star rates for a 3 star hotel Very disappointing

We were excited to book this property. The terms on the property website were pretty strict, so we were happy to book it through Expedia to get better pricing and flexibility. Unfortunately, we had difficulty connecting with the property for the needed information about checking in, etc. I gave them my cell number and got it sorted. The property is pretty remote. Our “box” was very nice, as pictured online. All the information was via QR code which made it hard to access quickly or repeatedly. No information on heating/cooling. We would have preferred hard copies for the majority of the information within the room. The steps to our cabin were very vertical, no hand railing. No fun hauling suitcases up and down. The bed was comfortable with multiple settings. Bring your own pillows, theirs are too firm. The bathroom was very nice. The spa was a nice amenity . We didn’t use the fire pit .
