The motel is very run down - not at all like as pictured. Our first impression was it looks like a motel from a horror movie and was potentially unsafe. The staff are not overly helpful.

The Ol' Frontier is disgusting. We checked in, looked at the room and couldn't stay there. If you want to stay at a place that looks as though its waiting to be condemned, then this is for you. There are SO many more options in Revelstoke
