« The accommodation has a nice view of the lake and a fountain outside, which adds to the setting. The main air-conditioning unit was not functioning, but a portable unit was provided as an alternative. There was also a noticeable smell coming from the bathroom. The host was responsive and accommodating, addressing concerns promptly when we cannot enter the property. Overall it was ok . »

« We loved the view, and the condo was lovely! King mattress was very comfortable. Kitchen had the basic necessities. There was a new Keurig (not coffee pot). The sink and toilet leaked while we were there but property owner was responsive. the pool was cold but the hot tub was warm (our visit was in April). We loved the spa services; massage and pedicure were excellent. Outlets did not seem to work in either bathroom. For sound proofing it would be great if the pocket door to laundry...

« The property was absolutely beautiful. The scenery was outstanding. The only thing that was an issue was the number one elevator was not working. That caused us to have to travel the parking garage to the number two elevator that serves building number two. Our designated parking spot was under building number 1. I have mobility issues and use a walker, that made it certain I would get my steps in each day. Other people would not have that issue. We were in Lago Vista for a family Wedding so we...

« We had an amazing stay! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly welcoming. The property itself is stunning and provided the perfect relaxing atmosphere. The beds were so cozy and comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day out.The location was also a huge plus—close to shopping, sightseeing, and a variety of wonderful restaurants. Everything we needed was just a short drive away. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking...

« The floor in the room was tacky with a lot of debris. The bed rolls everyone to the middle and is sunk in. The sheets wouldn't stay on the bed so while putting them back on there is a board between the mattress and box springs and it still sunk in! The absolute worst is the temp in the room. You cant set the thermostat below 72 so we did as the owner requested only to return from a wedding at 10:00 PM on our last night to an 82 degree room with an AC unit that didnt work and was not froze...
