The State of Texas recognizes a Long Term Rental as 30 nights or more. Please visit The Wild Hare, located poolside, is serving delicious food and drinks Thursday through Sunday 11am to 9pm. When you are ready for a change of pace, we invite you, your friends, and your family to enjoy what we have found to be Texas Paradise. Please join us at our newly updated villa located in The Hilltop section of The Hollows of North Shore. Here, you will make new family memories in our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo offering all of the comforts and conveniences of home, along with panoramic views of Lake Travis and the Texas Hill Country. Up to 8 people can comfortably sleep and dine in our villa. The master bedroom has a Temperpedic mattress king bed, night tables with lamps, and en-suite grand bathroom plus patio access. Bring your bubble bath for the jetted tub. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, large closet, and a double sink vanity area. The second bedroom has a queen bed with small chest. The small chest has a Smart TV. This room has its own en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is the bunk room with two sets of bunk beds and a small table with Smart TV. The bunk beds can be moved together to form one bed. Bathroom is next to this bedroom. Please let the sunrise greet you with your cup of coffee made in a Keurig coffee pot or regular brewer. Relax when seated on your comfortable patio lounging furniture, sipping your favorite beverage and listening to the birds sing. Prepare your meals while gazing at the lake from the well equipped kitchen. Please dine inside or al fresco on the spacious patio. Experience restful sleep on firm mattresses with luxury linens. The Living Room has a 65 inch Smart TV so that you can stream your favorite programs from your apps. WiFi is available free and an office area if you must do a few work chores while on vacation. The family room has a brown leather sectional and ottoman plus a recliner for everyone's comfort when kicking their heals up to unwind. Children board games, high chair, and pack n play are provided. There is a small selection of family movies. A full size washer and dryer are in the home for your convenience. After enjoying your home away from home, please take in all the beauty and fun amenities that The Hollows has to offer. It is a paradise deep in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Find a trail or two to explore the limestone canyons, the pristine wilderness, and wildlife. At dusk, keep your eyes open for deer and road runners. Around the corner and up the hill from your villa, you will be at the highest point of The Hollows, The Smokehouse. Up here, you will find breathtaking vista views of the area. There is a fire pit for roasting marshmallows, a gas grill for grilling, and a pavilion for your family reunion or party. Around the corner and down the hill, you will find the boardwalk that will take you to The Beach Club and marina. At The Beach Club, you will find a locker room, workout room, bar, restaurant, gas grills, pavilion, infinity edge swimming pool with bubbler/ beach entry area for toddlers, grotto hot tubs, and another pool, plus a green field for sporting games, and a pickle ball court. At the marina, you can rent a space for your own watercraft. We use Just For Fun or VIP Marina to rent any type of watercraft that we want when it is time to play on the lake. Our Hilltop Villa is the perfect way to experience all that the Texas Hill Country and Lake Travis area has to offer. Paula, our host, was very proactive and helpful while we planned the details of the trip; she was great! The Villa itself is roomy, tastefully decorated, and extremely well-equipped if you choose to self-cater. Furniture is lovely and comfy, beds are great, and the patio overlooking the lake is furnished with a six-chair table and a comfortable L-shaped couch that saw a lot of lounging by our group of four. The second-floor site improves the views; access is easy with the nearby elevator. We never had to park more than 100 ft away, but if you are there during a busy time, you may walk a little further after parking. There are six heat pumps about ten feet below the patio that can be a little distracting compared to the general quiet of the location. ##### Bradley C. Our family enjoyed our stay in this large and spacious villa. We had everything we needed for cooking and we appreciated having pantry space for groceries. It is spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The amenities such as the community pool, sport court and park were a perfect fit for our kids. The view from the second floor porch is just beautiful! The owner was extremely accommodating and communicative. The rental is spacious and clean. We were disappointed in the very few channels that were available to watch, and no Smart TV for us to log in to a movie platform (Netflix, etc) to watch a movie at night. The living room ceiling lights were out. Also small things like foil or Saran Wrap are needed to wrap up leftovers. The walls showed where touch up paint was put, but don't match the wall color. The condo was clean and comfortable. The check-in was easy, and the balcony view was fantastic. We sat out there for hours each morning and each evening. We used the condo as our home base and ventured out to different parts of hill country each day. The condo was in the perfect location to easily access Austin, Luchenbach, Marble Falls, and Fredericksburg. It was quiet, and the beds were so comfortable. Paula, the owner, was a tremendous help - from sorting out a VRBO issue with the reservation itself to providing excellent restaurant and activity recommendations to being very responsive to a question that popped up near the end of our stay. Unfortunately things took a turn. The location is great and we enjoyed our time even though the first day we arrived, we had to bring attention to the owner about the floors because our infant crawling around had dirty feet, making us question whether they did a thorough job. Ms. Paula was nice about it and said she’ll get her cleaning crew to come out the next morning to redo it. So everything was good from there on out; that’s until we left the property. We received a voicemail from Ms. Paula checking in on us because of a broken fan blade. She showed concern for us being possibly hurt. We called her back and told her we didn’t know about a ceiling fan blade being broken. She said she was glad no one was hurt but never once mentioned she was going to charge us for it. We found a charge on our account for $442 and reached out to her. That’s when she didn’t pick up our phone calls when she had previously. Had the fan broken during our stay, we would’ve notified her immediately especially since that would’ve been a danger to our kids and if it injured one of us, we’d have a much bigger issue right now. After texting her again to call us back to explain/refund us and no response, we said we were going to take action and that’s when the refund magically appeared. We hated to do this as we’ve never had to do this before and we really liked our stay, but unfortunately we won’t be able to come back anymore. ##### Gregory G. We loved this condo, the pictures don’t really do this place justice! The lake view from the patio was amazing, the condo was clean, comfortable and spacious. The condo had everything we could have needed in the kitchen and baths. We also enjoyed the amenities offered at the community which includes multiple pools, basketball court, ping pong and the lake. The view is incredible and the outdoor space is so relaxing. I was impressed with the owner’s attention to detail and responsiveness.
