"No major complaints. Would of been nice to know which of the 3 containers is soap shampoo etc. Also wouldn't hurt to have access to garbage bags as the one in the bathroom was missing. Overall very happy with the place."

"While we had a good night at this property, and the kitchen and common area were great, the place was not particularly clean, there was only one bathroom for 12 beds and the room and bathroom door locks were not functional. We did not know which room was ours and had to figure that out by finding someone who could tell us. It seemed that not all of the work was finished to get this property ready to use. That said, it was peaceful, quiet and calm. "

"We went on a spur of the moment cycling trip to Salt Spring Island. The hills were tough but at the end of that error in judgment was the gem that is Hummingbird B&B. "Our stay was great- location easy to find. We were there 9 nights and had no troubles whatsoever. JC offered some local information for us about the area. We were looking for a relaxing getaway and the suite fit the bill. After sightseeing in the area all day it was nice to come back and have space to relax and make a snack. "We've been to this property many times however there were a few snags with this trip. We asked if a playpen was available via email and phone call. We were told we would be called the day before to be informed if we could have one - they never communicated with us. Our cottage (43) also had terrible water pressure. There was zero water coming out of the top floor bathrooms sink, and the bath trickled water - so it took 45 minutes to fill it if you wanted to use it. I informed management via...

Martin was so kind and welcoming, offering great suggestions for the activities I wanted to do; breakfast was delicious and the outdoor tub under the full moon was magic."
