We had 16 rooms and the price was very affordable but the pictures catfished what was really offered. The hotel does NOT look anything like the pictures. There was no soap in the rooms (even hand soap), bugs in the rooms and in a few beds, NO HOT WATER, not enough towels (the crew said “we are at capacity - but we found a giant bin full of dirty towels that were not washed for multiple days). Our teenagers had a man and women employee just walk into rooms without knocking and when questioned about it the hotel employee said “that didn’t happen.” This is an embarrassment of a property that is no higher quality than a 1-star hotel. We were stuck there because we paid for it and with 45 high school athletes. We couldn’t afford to lose the money and change hotels. NEVER stay at this location unless you want to feel dirty and unsafe without any customer service.
