Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza

"Booked last minute and checked in after 10. Had a hard time getting to the hotel because streets were blocked off for a film shoot. Valet is the only option (and ouch to $80 parking charge) but the staff was very nice. We asked that our electric car be charged overnight but noticed in the AM it hadn’t been charged. We called the front desk who took care of it and gave us a later check out to allow for the time it takes to charge. We took that time to use the complementary Angel’s Flight Rail passes. Destiny at the front desk was super helpful as were all the staff."

"It was a beautiful hotel and well maintained. Restaurants and deposit were a little pricey but worth it. We had to keep requesting additional wash cloths and towels with 4 people sharing the room. Otherwise I would stay there again if I come back to LA."

"I spent 2 nights at this facility and it was pleasurable. Location is good. The rooms are spacious and everything was clean. My room had a washer and a dryer. It’s also had an oven, a coffee maker, a full sized fridge and a storage unit where you can put your food if you want to cook there. It also has a cooktop so it was like home away from home experience for me. I really enjoyed my stay at Riverside craftsman. Next time I’m in LA I’ll definitely be staying. Thank you for a good service Rent and thank you to Marco for all his help."

"We stayed here for three nights and absolutely loved it! The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, from check-in to housekeeping. Our room was super clean and comfortable. They thought of everything, even face masks. We loved the architecture, lots of personality. There was some street noise, as you might expect in downtown LA, but closing the curtains helped significantly. The location was excellent, with great restaurants nearby—especially Lala’s Argentine Grill. We walked to Little Tokyo and the Convention Center and felt safe in the area. The rooftop pool is small but a great place to relax. We also splurged on valet parking and were glad we did—our car was usually ready within five minutes. Great service, location, and overall experience. We would definitely stay here again!"
