"I travel to the Boston area about once every six weeks and, as a former South Shore resident, enjoy staying at this hotel. It's clean, comfortable, and safe, with a nice (and free) breakfast buffet. The front-desk staff in particular are professional and friendly, and greet me by name. I also appreciate the free parking, easy access to the highway, and proximity of several good restaurants. "

"My room flooded from the shower and they kicked me out instead of helping me find somewhere else to stay I came from the club roofied and they kicked me out cuz I passed out in the shower but it’s a stand up shower so the drain should’ve never flooded"

"I requested housekeeping. Replenishing all that it needs. Doing all that you have to do to make it beautiful again.'"

"There is a church providing meals to the homeless across the street- I stayed to be able to walk to the convention center but the street had people on it at all hours of the day and night who were struggling with their mental health and I did not feel safe as a woman with my children walking on the street. Please be aware as I saw no other reviews that mentioned this. The hotel itself is fine and if you valet and get in your car and leave it’s ok. "
