We only stayed for two nights and are already looking forward to our next day here. The hotel has an upscale, but laid-back vibe. There are so many great dining options that are easily walkable and we loved how accessible the hotel was to public transit from the airport.

We stayed in one of the Penthouse suites, which was less expensive then most regular rooms in the greater Vancouver area. Large bright room with a living area, full kitchen, and separate bedroom with king bed.
Walking distance to Guildford mall and restaurants, yet close to number 1 for easy quick trip to downtown Vancouver.
10 minute drive to skytrain station with a large amount of public parking.
The room was very clean the furniture appeared new. Was very quiet.
Free secure underground...

Exceptional customer service. Friendly and welcoming set them apart. We have never stayed at a Sheraton but will definitely consider it over Best Western. A continental breakfast would have been nice based on the standard room rate of $109 per night, however our Expedia rate was $83, so have no complaint.. Room was clean and well appointed.
